The United Nations, IB, Global Peace, and…the Children

The UN has this new, lovely little program called the One World Youth Project. Doesn't it sound wonderful with Care-Bears and Rainbows sprinkled on top? An 18 year old American girl is the founder and is now working to unite global youth in conversation for global unity and peace. Wow!

The IB program, or International Baccalaureate, is theoretically a grand program. It emphasizes Advanced Placement classes, which are highly valued amongst college placement officers. Has one undergone their good little indoctrination program?

The truth about IB is that it is an arm of the UN. The IB publication states they, "promote the Earth Charter, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and the idea of multiculturalism <Marxism>." This program is funded in America by federal grant money. The UN's Declaration of Human Rights states in Article 29 that the UN is in authority over individual rights, wheras America's founding documents state that we are endowed with inalienable rights. They are not granted by the UN. Seems quite contradictory to me, yet our federal dollars are funding this garbage.

In an article by Julie M. Quist, she adds, " Another frequent criticism is IB's emphasis on creating "world citizens." Former IBO Deputy Director General, Ian Hill states in the publication, Education for Disarmament, speaking to the Disarmament Forum, that "IBO seeks to develop citizens of the world."  ["Curriculum development and ethics in international education," 2001] Whatever we are a citizens of, we are governed by. Teaching "world citizenship" undermines our own American citizenship and the authority of our Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights and Constitution. These documents describe the principles that make protect our freedom."

So, the UN has an educational curriculum that is highly coveted in our country (I have family members that boast of being students of the program) and this program is concerned with making good little global citizens. When certain schools have vouched to not offer the program, they have been threatened by lawsuits from the ACLU. Well, if that doesn't tell you everything.

The NEA (National Education Association) president has said that their stated goal is no longer education, but reforming world-views. Check out this story for more frightening truths: http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=184721

God has been removed, and in His place, Marxism for our children.

I saw recently that a 13 year-old American boy, born in South Korea, was traveling with his parents to North Korea to meet with government officials and propose a "peace forest" in the demilitarized zone. Are you kidding me? The world goes crazy when parents allow their 16 year-old to travel the globe in a sail-boat, but a 13-year-old can meet with one of the craziest regimes to have ever walked the earth? Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot, the parents are going with him. We can safely conclude that he is a good little UN change agent, educated in the One World Youth Project, ready to bring global peace and unity…starting with Kim Jong Il. This I would like to see. If people will so easily swallow this from a 13-year-old kid, I can see now why the Anti-Christ will be so readily accepted. By the way, someone please get this kid a Bible! (Obviously his parents aren't!) It's literally going to take Jesus Christ stepping on the Mount of Olives before peace can ever be attained. God. That's right. Not a 13-year-old with high hopes. 1 Thes 5:3: "For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape."

Be aware- the next generation is at hand!
